Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely view of the river from my room, which was fine but could do with a bit of updating. The room was small, but it served its purpose well. The service overall was good, with free Wi-Fi and the staff, particularly Aleksey, Maria, Vitaliy, and Olga, being very helpful and competent. However, some staff members seemed disinterested and used to routine tasks. The location was quite convenient, just a 10 minutes' walk from the Paveletzkaya metro station, and very near to the business center and some local restaurants. The dining experience was a bit mixed, with some messy organization but good food options like Russian dumplings in the bar and decent Italian products. The facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms had pretty basic lighting, and the sofa/bed in the living room was tiny, probably less than 10m². However, the room had all the necessary functions. The service I received was friendly, but some staff seemed disinterested and used to hearing the same things repeatedly. The location was quite good, near the Paveletsky railway station and metro station. The dining options were not up to the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel. The facilities were satisfactory, but there could have been more offered.
After such a long train trip, the hotel turned out to be warm and very nice, but the rooms were quite small. The service was a mix of disinterest and some friendly and very helpful staff members – Aleksey, Maria, Vitaliy, and Olga stood out. The location near the Paveletsky railway station and Paveletskaya metro station was very good, although the dining experience was a bit simple. The facilities were average overall.
The hotel offers rooms decorated in a style not unlike a 60's Travelodge, suitable for a short-term stay. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to Paveletskaya station for easy access and near the Moscow River and Metro station. The dining experience is mixed, with limited options. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and great access to transportation.
The hotel has a retro Travelodge style in the rooms, which I found excellent. However, the poor Wi-Fi signal was a big letdown for me. Overall, the rooms are decent, but the Wi-Fi issue was frustrating.
